Industrial Plating

Dedicated temperature-controlled rooms for grinding, polishing and buffing sets Librandi's apart from the competition. Our industrial plating side opened in January of 2001 and has dramatically made an improvement in our through-put abilities. This semi-automatic line increased capacity and volume as flight bars of great size can be utilized. Below is some information about our Industrial Plating

• Current customer base includes Motorcycles, Trucking, Tube Bending & Kitchen Appliances to name a few.
• Turn-around for the most part is 2 to 3 days after receipt of parts depending on the part's requirements for plating.
• Tanks are statistically monitored on a weekly basis.
• Testing is performed and recorded by a highly trained, on-site chemist.
• We design and build all racks that we utilize.
• Our plating line associates are well-trained operators who follow procedures as outlined in our "Work Instructions".
• Our support inspection associates are rigorously trained in the visual requirements of each part before a single part is packed up.
• Librandi's passed Harley-Davidson's "Supplier System Evaluation". We are ISO 9001:2015 Certified.
• Loading and un-loading areas are available at Librandi's.
• Harrisburg International Airport is within easy reach of Librandi's. Air shipments are simple and quick to make if necessary.
• We are environmentally-friendly. There is a waste water treatment system in-house. All effluent is treated and monitored by the chemist.
